J'ai cherché à camper un espace épuré, méditatif, construit autour du cercle et d'une recherche d'équilibre. Je suis parti de la thématique du Ponant, l'ouest, les grands voyageurs. L'installation est la schématisation d'une ancienne boussole. Le cercle vertical qui ouvre sur le jardin Javel-André Citroën est parcouru sur son champ d'un signal lumineux en rotation constante. Il tient en équilibre sur un seul point d'embase comme un cerceau.
